We have years of experience working with the whole range of Apple products as well as Microsoft Windows. We specialize in education and instruction, but also perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and tune-ups. Does your computer crash regularly? Does it take forever to load or just run slowly? Did your family purchase you a new device and leave you to figure out how to use it? In all of those situations we can help you. Our standard rate is $35 dollars for a half-hour visit and then prorated to the next quarter hour after that.
Keep an eye out, we are hopeful to be hosting several clinics and information sessions, free of charge, at various locations in Pittsfield over the next few months.
